This Directors participation in the Placement brings their total investment in the Company to $6.83m. The Company has also today issued 3,362,500 Shares upon the exercise of employee Performance Rights and 20,833 Shares upon the exercise of 7.5c unlisted options, raising $1,562. The Company relies on section 708A of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) (“the Act”) in relation to the Issue.
