Chairman’s statement
Dear Fellow Shareholder,
We are pleased to present the 2026 Annual Report for Dreadnought Resources Limited.
The past year has been focussed on our strategy to deliver significant shareholder returns through the
discovery of economic mineral deposits in the Tier 1 jurisdiction of Western Australia.
The key objectives of this strategy are:
• Self-Funding: Generating cash flow from Star of Mangaroon, followed closely by Metzke’s Find.
• Discovery: Finding more gold, faster by making major life changing discoveries on 100% owned
ground.
• Commercialisation: Maintaining critical metal optionality and discovery funded by third parties.
Self-Funding
We have significantly progressed the outsourcing of the
funding, development, haulage and processing of our small
high-grade deposits to third parties to reduce future reliance
on market funding.
Star of Mangaroon (Mangaroon)
• Upgraded the high-grade shallow Resource to 27,000 oz
@ 11.1 g/t with 99% in Measured and Indicated categories.
• Reached agreement with Black Cat Resources Ltd to mine
and process ore at Paulsens.
• Obtained required mining approvals and finalising road
user agreements and bore extraction permits to bring the
open pit into development.
Metzke’s Find (Illaara)
• Upgraded the high-grade shallow Resource to 24,900 oz
@ 5.2 g/t with a 94% increase in the Indicated category.
• Demonstrated exceptional gold recoveries (CIL 98.9%).
• Secured a granted mining lease over the Resource.
• Confirmed the Metzke’s North discovery with genuine
potential to grow the deposit further.
• Commenced scoping studies.
Discovery
We are focussed on making a significant discovery across our
highly prospective tenure.
Illaara Gold
• Identified 13 distinct gold mineralised corridors ranging
from ~1.5 to >7km in strike from first pass air core drilling
program which tested only ~ 10% of the greenstone belt.
• Commenced second pass air core drilling program to
refine those targets and define the strike extent of the
mineralised structures.
Mangaroon Gold
• Conducted target definition work at Steve’s Reward,
Cullens and the High Range.
• Completed extensive soil sampling to support discovery
focused exploration.
• Generated a 7th camp scale prospect (High Range
Northwest).
• Defined 15km gold-in-soil anomaly along Minga Bar.
Mangaroon Critical Metals
• Maintained critical metal optionality at Mangaroon with a
combined Resource at the Gifford Creek Carbonatite
(“Gifford Creek”) and the Yin Ironstones (“Yin”) of
40.82Mt @ 1.03% TREO (67% Measured and Indicated).
• Discovered the Stinger Nb-REE-P-Ti-Sc-Zr bearing
carbonatite and delivered the Stinger Niobium
Exploration Target.
• Consolidated the region with the acquisition of the Mick
Well rare earth tenements.
• Continued mineralogical and metallurgical test work to
support renewed interest and investments from global
investors.
• Identified high-grade tungsten opportunities.
Other
• Advanced the Money Intrusion Ni-Cu-Co-PGE prospect
(Mangaroon) via the Teck Resources Limited Farm-in/JV.
• Released an independent Inferred Resource at Orion
(Kimberley – Tarraji Yampi) with a diverse range of
commodities and critical minerals including copper, cobalt,
antimony, gold, silver, lead and zinc.
Corporate
• Undertook a significant placement providing a solid
foundation for furthering our objectives of Finding More
Gold Faster.
• Acquired a strategic landholding with rare earth and
tungsten mineralisation in the Gascoyne.
• Expanded the exploration team with a structural specialist
and additional exploration geologists.
We have made good progress this year and look forward to
an eventful and prosperous 2027.
In closing, we would like to thank our stakeholders including
local communities, employees, joint venture partners,
suppliers and other business partners. We also would take
this opportunity to thank our fellow shareholders for your
ongoing support.

Operational Highlights to 30 June 2026
Illaara Gold (100%)
• Illaara covers 70 strike km and ~800km2 of the Illaara Greenstone Belt within a highly prospective gold province.
• All historic workings and known gold occurrences relate to outcropping mineralisation with minimal modern exploration.
• Illaara hosts a small shallow, high-grade gold resource at Metzke’s Find of ~25koz @ 5.2g/t Au.
• Further work is being undertaken to bring Metzke’s Find into production with the Mining Lease recently being granted and scoping
studies underway.
• The first ever systematic air core drilling program was undertaken across the belt and is delivering encouraging results. An infill
drill program to define emerging mineralised corridors has commenced on 25-50m spacing.
Mangaroon Gold (100%)
• Mangaroon hosts numerous high-grade gold occurrences which have seen minimal modern exploration.
• An upgraded scoping study on an open pit at Star of Mangaroon targets initial production of ~24koz @ 8.3g/t Au (99% measured
and indicated). The commercialisation of these high-grade gold targets is expected to deliver ~$78m in free cashflow @ $5,500oz
with a maximum cash drawdown of ~$5.4m.
• The Company has outsourced funding, development, haulage and processing of the Star of Mangaroon to generate cashflow to
provide exploration funding for life changing discoveries. Requisite approvals are being finalised.
• Discovery focused exploration is ongoing at Steve’s Reward, Cullens and the High Range.
Gifford Creek Critical Metals (100%)
• Mangaroon is a globally significant critical minerals complex with a combined Resource at Yin and Gifford Creek of 40.82Mt @
1.03% TREO. The Yin Resource of 29.98Mt @ 1.05 TREO is 87% Measured and Indicated.
• Gifford Creek has produced some of WA’s best niobium intercepts with ongoing mineralogy work confirming pyrochlore (a key
niobium-bearing mineral) at Stinger.
• Stinger continues to deliver shallow high-grade critical metals and the nature of Gifford Creek and ongoing mineralogy, and
metallurgy work will continue to enhance the attractiveness of the project.
• Mangaroon has the potential to evolve as a multi-commodity critical metals hub, within proximity to existing infrastructure. A
Mining Lease application is underway.

of Access with the Commonwealth which is in the process of being extended.
• The project has outcropping mineralisation including copper, cobalt, antimony, gold, silver, lead and zinc.
• A Resource of 1.17Mt @ 1.2% Cu, 1.0g/t Au, 19.8g/t Ag and 0.06% Co containing 14,200t of Cu, 38,900oz of Au, 745,900oz Ag
and 650t of Co was defined on Orion in December 2025.
• At Orion there are four strong off-hole conductors identified with two Orion offset targets, and off-hole conductors.
Money Intrusion - Ni-Cu-PGE (Teck Earn-In)
• Mangaroon hosts the fertile Ni-Cu-Co-PGE along the >45km long Money Intrusion.
• Dreadnought has partnered with Teck Resources, a leading Canadian resource company, to advance exploration over the Money
Intrusion to provide shareholders with exposure to significant nickel and copper potential.
• Teck Resources has committed to a $15m (with a minimum spend of $1m) Farm-in and Joint Venture agreement to earn up to
75% of the Money Intrusion tenements.
