The Company has issued all shares utilising its existing placement capacity, being 422,046,667 under ASX Listing Rule 7.1 and 88,586,666 under ASX Listing Rule 7.1A. The second tranche of the placement of 197,700,001 shares is subject to shareholder approval to be sought at the next General Meeting of shareholders. The Company relies on section 708A of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) (“the Act”) in relation to the Issue.
